Return,Refund & Exchange Policy

Our refund policy allows for customers to request a refund within 7 days of receiving their product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

If the product is damaged upon arrival, we will replace it with a new one (if available) or if not available then we will refund for the full amount. To initiate a refund, please contact us and provide evidence of the damage. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund or replacement.

If you would like to request a refund for any other reason, please contact us to discuss the issue. In some cases, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
